I was looking for land and they let me take my time, I was looking at numerous properties and any time i had a question i got an answer and was told the information needed in my search for the Land that i was looking for. This process took about 4 months I would say. They were very patient and diligent. When I needed information, they got it to me in a pretty timely matter. When i had questions, they answered it and if they could not, they directed me to somebody who would know the answers especially when it came to technicalities and laws in counties which was great and very insightful on their part. Lauren emailed me documents on all the properties i was asking about which really helped inform me on the process and decisions and future financials needed for the property. Once I figured out what property I wanted i have to say it was super-fast, quick, and easy. All the documentation Lauren went thru, and she went over every key point I needed to know regarding the property I wanted, including all the documentation. She talked to the bank, to the property developer, closing company etc etc etc. Lauren and Kyle and FREEDOM TEAM have gone above and beyond any real estate purchase or dealing I have had previously. I remember buying past properties but this i swear was the easiest time I have ever had in any property of land purchase I have had so far. Details went over with a fine-tooth comb, Honest, accurate, some realness and human element is nice also, thorough with going over everything and all the details and accurate. Everything was all set, and my closing took less than 20 minutes. Yes 20 Minutes. If you want somebody is going to be real and do their job like you would want to be treated, with accuracy, detail, honesty, and being real while getting you the information you need in a timely manner these are the people you want for your next real estate purchase.”
