Selling your home - Communication is important!

Now that we’ve covered some of the process-related considerations as you sell your home, we’re going to talk about what works best for you for communication. We believe that communication is the most important aspect of selling your home. If we keep our communication open, we can find a solution to anything that comes up and can reduce any stresses you may have about the process. We will decide what is the best for you.

Should we meet in-person, call, text, or email. What cadence of communication and updates do you prefer? This can be daily, weekly, bi-weekly – or maybe only when we have news. We will also talk about what happens once we receive an offer from a Buyer. If you like that offer and accept it, how long can that potentially take until you get the money for your house? Perhaps you’ll need to buy a home to move into with the same timing as the sale of your current home? We’ll talk through that to.

There can be a lot to cover when you decide to sell your home, but we’ll be with you every step of the way.
