Classes include Hot Vinyasa Yoga, Hot Vinyasa Yoga Basics, Restorative Yoga and Pilates along with a variety of workshops each month.  Lea Ann is an amazing teacher; so positive and supportive.  If you've never tried hot yoga, you should try it!
